Therapy & Counselling
There are many theories and types of therapy offered, it is very easy to get confused and to decide what is best for you. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable with your therapist and that the therapy approach sounds right for you. I aim to work with you to develop a shared understanding of your issues and use various therapeutic techniques to help you deal with your particular situation.

What I Can offer you

 

I have training and experience in various therapeutic models, to include: counselling, Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR, Mindfulness-Based therapy,  Schema Therapy,  Narrative Exposure Therapy, Systemic  and Solution focus and Systemic therapy.

 

I work primarily with adults on a one-to-one basis and with couples.

I can help with many types of issues.
